These NFTs provide utility within the game, such as access to Closed Beta, in-game perks, and participation in the NFT lending system. NFTs are intended for entertainment, collectible, and utility purposes only, not as investments or securities.
2.3 Not a Security: As stated in the NFT Purchase and Use Disclaimer (#), Ghost Festival NFTs are not securities, investment contracts, or financial instruments.
